Two years ago Milan, Italy hosted the 10th ACEM meeting in October of 2014 during of which was resolved to organize the 11th high level meeting in Mongolia. The 11th meeting shall also commemorate the 20th anniversary of ACEM.

The Government of Mongolia announced March 1 as an ACEM day during its regular session on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Ts.Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia delivered a speech to the public on occasion of ACEM day. Mr President highlighted in his speech that 68% of world population resides in ACEM countries and 68% of the global economy are covered by the ACEM countries. The ACEM Mongolia meeting shall be organized on July 15-16 with participation of state and government leaders of over 100 countries.
