The locations that the Prime Minister toured were the Press Center in Shangri-La Hotel, Chinggis Khaan International Airport, its transit hall, Chinggisiin Khuree, and ASEM Villa complex. Accompanying the PM were the Foreign Minister L. Purevsuren, the Roads and Transportation Minister M. Zorigt, the Defense Minister M. Zorigt, and the Ulaanbaatar City Governor and Mayor E. Bat-Uul. 

During the tour, ASEM's six working group heads accompanied and briefed the Prime Minister on their respective areas. 

The National Council to oversee and organize the ASEM Summit meets every Wednesday, its sub-working groups meeting with the same frequency. The government and the National Council plans and oversees the budget and action plans for ASEM-related preparations. The Prime Minister apprised the preparations as going as scheduled, with human resources planned evenly. 

"We Mongolians must organize this large-scale event to create prestige around it. Only after our private, public and non-governmental sectors are cooperating, can we get behind this daunting task. Many enterprises are actively supporting our activities, this is good. I would like to encourage the citizens to cooperate with the government," said the Prime Minister Ch. Saikhanbileg, on finishing ASEM preparations.
