Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg met today with the representatives of the entities who shall be providing technical solutions and goods for infrastructure to be supplied to the ger district communities – “Good Khashaa” program announced recently.

30 entities which passed the selection criteria along with UB city Mayor E.Bat-Uul and his staff attended the meeting.

The Government approved the “Sain Khashaa” program targeting to provide hygienic and safe environment to citizens, develop the ger districts which shall be partially and fully connected to the engineering services.

Citizens who are willing to participate in the program shall receive soft loans up to MNT 10 m with 5 year terms with free of interest rate for the first two years. The citizens are expected to pay not more than MNT100.000 a month. “Citizens can select the engineering company by himself, so it is important for entities to provide better services for better price” said the PM. “69200 potential customers are waiting for you. The Government and the Chancellery of the UB city shall support the companies at policy level”.

The citizens shall select the company and apply to the bank for a loan. The bank shall transfer the loan directly to the selected engineering company, so the companies need to promote and advertise their businesses to the citizens. An open day to promote the selected entities shall be organized in coming days at the Chinggis square. The companies also said that they will introduce new standards for engineering solutions for ger district.
