Mongolian Premier Ch.Saikhanbileg received I.K.Azizov, Ambassador from Russia to Mongolia and handed the document on transfer of remaining debt.

Prime Minister said that “The Ministry of Finance transferred remaining US$3,832,515 from the Central bank as said earlier to pay off the debt within February.

This is a day to be noted in the history of both countries and more economic horizons to open for us. Many officials had worked to finalize the debt issue and on behalf of myself as a head of the Government, I want to extend my appreciation to everyone involved.”

Ambassador Azizov said that “All the responsibilities of Mongolia to former Soviet Union, current Russia are resolved now. A new opportunity to develop financial partnership is ahead of us. We see Mongolia to upstage to the international financial market”.
