Dispute between companies fighting over Children’s park land has been continuously filling pages of prints and space in social media.
MCS built Shangri-La hotel on one spot, N.Narankhuu of Mon-Uran company owns one hectare and the greater part was allocated for Golomt bank to carry their Park project which had calmed down the dispute.
The land dispute was drawn back to attention as MCS said to construct paved road right in the middle of the park up to entrance of the Shangri-La hotel to welcome ACEM guests.
The National Amusement Park LLC which owns 12 hectares of total 32 hectares now fights for their land as there is no plan for the road. The city administration couldn’t make a decision and left it open for a now.
National Amusement park LLC is a daughter company of Bodi group, which has initially carried their project to renew the Children’s park. Meanwhile, the Bodi group was divided and court to decide who is going to own the name Bodi. Media had revealed that current owners of Golomt bank had taken off all the business and even the branded name Bodi from L.Bold, MP, and the founder of the company. At the end of this grand tension, not only Golomt bank but the Children’s park project remains under D.Bayasgalan’s ownership.
L.Bold who was deceitfully lost his business and companies has been providing indeed very optimistic explanation and making statement that all this mess is related to “his decision to pursue political career”. He also had directly addressed that the land of the park must be handed back to the city. Public question L.Bold on children’s park, meanwhile, the park must be demanded from the current owners of Golomt bank. In fact, L.Bold is just a citizen who lost not only the land of the park but the companies labeled Bodi and filed a complaint to the state to at least own the name Bodi.
Whatever the case is, the issue seems to remain in the focus, with ACEM approaching and what decision the city administration shall make on the land. Yet, it attracts attention of many whether MCS and Golomt will reach a consensus.
