Mongolia’s State Development Bank was issued US$ 65,4 m load from VTB bank of Russia with the support of Russia’s Export loan investment insurance agency.

The Government of Mongolia provided warranty for loan which shall be allocated for the purchase of oil products from Russia. Banks of two countries agreed US$ 300 m loan in total to be realized.
