The draft law on Movie production was discussed and resolved to present the draft law to the Parliament including the proposals of the cabinet members. The draft law aims to promote the movie production, encourage the cinema network at the national level, create movie production financing, encourage foreign movie producers to produce movies at the territory of Mongolia and create favorable customs, tax and legal environment

The draft law on amendments to the special license of economic entities and other associated laws shall be presented to the Parliament without delay

The cabinet supported the updated version of the draft law on civil registration. The Law ratified by the Parliament in 1999 regulates the registration and registering authority, its structure and activities. Since the ratification, the law was amended 10 times with changes to the over 100 articles, however the law requires more amendments and compliance with related laws was noted.

In order to ensure efficient production and trade of agriculture products and export of meat  in eastern and western regions of Mongolia, the Government had ratified the resolution #173 of 2003. The annex to the resolution “List of the border ports to import/export samples of plant seeds, seedlings, animals, its fetuses, raw meat, by-products and microorganisms, patogenetic material” was amended. The list is amended with Burgastai port, Govi Altai aimag, Gashuusukhait port of Umnugovi aimag allowing to export raw meat and by-products.

Other issues including the the Parliament resolution draft on “Measures to be taken to reduce preventive risks of emergency of earthquake” initiated by Ts.Oyunbaatar, MP were discussed and resolved to be presented to the Parliament.
