The PM had a firm reply “There is no need for PM to get involved in such issues”. Da.Ganbold, director of “Erdenes Oyutolgoi” addressed the question “The working group with staff of over 20 people was established to audit the investment costs and concluded that the investment was exceeded by over US$30 m. The audit results were resolved by the Dispute resolution council of the Finance Ministry and both parties finalized the investment costs. There is no reason to deem that the exceeded amount is not an investment” he said.

The MPs attended the Standing committee session voted with 52,6% of attendees were against the PM dismissal. Following the session, the PM dismissal was discussed at the plenary session of the Parliament. 52 MPs were willing to comment and question the Prime Minister at the plenary session which had started after 6 pm.
