The Mongolian HUN (National Labor Party) in an active mood. The party made a statement yesterday to dismiss S.Ganbaatar, MP who officially joined the party two months ago to take a leadership role. Following the dismissal of S.ganbaatar, party folks including T.Bat-Orgil, O.Altangerel declared that the yesterday’s conference was illegal. Meanwhile the some party members who elected and appointed B.Naidalaa acknowledge the legality of yesterday’s conference and pointed out that 30 members out of 58 quorum of Central Committee attended.
Today S.Ganbaatar’s supporters called the party Committee conference and dismissed B.Naidalaa from his position of deputy leader. They claim that their conference is legally valid, however, the other half say that the attendees of the conference are not legally tied.
Seems, fresh new dispute shall be resolved as S.Ganbaatar and his folks created a new quorum replacing legal members with someone else. The replacement of committee members shall turn into legal case. Its’ almost certain what explanation shall be provided by S.Ganbaatar. But the legality of the issue remain to be solved.
S.Ganbaatar and et al announced to hold a press conference at 11.30 as well the other “caucus” of NLP to appear on the conference and make a “counter” statement.
