Yesterday evening @21.50 the Parliament held its plenary session and discussed the appointment of the cabinet.

Prime Minister J.Erdenebat briefly introduced the candidates for the ministers and following the Q&A session, ministers of the new cabinet were ratified by the Parliament.

• Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh, 98.5%
• Head of the Chancellery of the GOM J.Munkhbat, 95.4%
• Minister of Defense B.Bat-Erdene, 90.6%
• Minister of Foreign Affairs Ts.Munkh-Orgil, 93.7%
• Minister of Road and Construction D.Ganbat, 94.7%
• Minister of Finance B.Choijilsuren, 95.1%
• Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs S.Byambatsogt, 94.9%
• Minister of Labor and Social Welfare N.Nomtoibayar, 94.8%
• Minister of Environment and Toursim D.Oyunkhorol
• Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Sports J.Batsuuri, 83.6%
• Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry Ts.Dashdorj, 96.5

Now the Parliament shall be discussing the appointment of four remaining Ministers (Construction and Urban Development; Food, Agriculture and Light Industry; Health; Energy), which candidates failed to meet the criteria as clarified by the Anti-Corruption agency due to the conflict of interest.
