40 Mongolian female officers to participate in peacekeeping operations

The 6th group of the Mongolian Armed forces to participate in the UN peacekeeping operations in South Sudan consisting of 850 officers attended the ceremony today.

The ceremony was organized at the central square of the Armed forces with presence of Minister of Defense B.Bat-Erdene and other officials of the Armed forces along with families of peacekeepers.

The Mongolian troop lead by colonel B.Bat-Erdene consists of over 700 officers from 40 units and over 100 officers from the Border Troops, Police, Intellegence, Court decision implementation authority, university of Law enforcement. 40 of the officers are female to leave soon to South Sudan.
