Laws and procedures on elections including the Parliament resolutions, schedule of the elections, terms and definitions of the elections, observation procedure by the foreign observers and many other procedures had been translated into English for public.

Copies of the translated documents were presented to the foreign observers working on Parliamentary elections of 2016.

Along with that the General Elections Committee resolved to issue from its June 21, 2016 session, a permit to the National network of the Disabled organizations, Union of Technical and Professional teachers, Electorate right and integrity NGO, all of which delivered requests to observe the Parliamentary and Local elections.
