In order to implement the Government resolution #75 of 2016, the Ministry of Industry announced an open tender for national companies and consortiums to invest and build the crude oil plant in Mongolia.

The statement issued by the Ministry says “Inviting national companies and consortiums to participate in the project to build crude oil processing plant with capacity up to 2.3 m tons annually to be located in Bor-Undur soum of Khentii aimag ”. The statement includes the list of criteria for the bidders, which is published on the website of the Ministry.

Bidders selected for the first round shall be presented with the tender documents within three working days after submission of the expression of interest.
