The non regular session of the Parliament was scheduled to start at 9.00 today however due to incomplete quorum as MPP “silently” stand against the agenda, session of the Standing committee of Security and foreign policy was called.

No one appeared to attend the session and caucuses called to convene their caucus sessions.

Along with that 8.00 in the morning the antinuclear movement rallied on the right wing of the Parliament house holding billboards protesting against the discussion of conventions at the Parliament. Demonstrators dusted yellow powder around the right gate of the Parliament house and police closed the public road. The police and emergency staff said to clarify and test the yellow poweder.

Jana Ganbi (Facebook name) posted on his page his selfie with short notice “seems creating trouble to police”. Ts.Munkhbayar, ex leader of Ongi river movement later the leader of Gal Undesten union was among the demonstrators.

By 13.00 the police was questioning the demonstrators, report unofficial sources confirmed by phone call with Jana Ganbi.
