Information source said that the head of the intelligence office shall be replaced. B.Khurts, heading the Intelligence office shall be replaced with S.Bilegt, ex-director of the intelligence authority. The director of the intelligence authority was replaced less than a year ago with B.Khurts, former head of the Anti-Corruption agency.

Prior of that a great attention caught the public eye, due to the appointment of B.Ariunsan, so-called “stable official” of the DP, former director of General Tax Authority on the position of director of Intelligence office.

B.Khurts, well known to the public for his involvement in the secret operation of arresting and bringing D.Enkhbat from France who was accused in late S.Zorig’s assassination case.

S.Bilegt said to be taking over the position of Intelligence office head used to lead the office back in early 2000. He is the member of Mongolian Democratic Union, pioneer of democracy.
